MOTHER AND CHILD DEPARTMENT
Spa treatment for parents and children in the Mother and Child department is a vital component of the well-oiled system at the Kolos Health Center. Our youngest guests are provided with every comfort possible: cozy rooms, delicious, healthy, and varied meals, and attentive and friendly staff. A pediatrician will help select the most appropriate treatment plan for their little one, while parents will be treated by a qualified therapist. A playroom with a dedicated child care provider not only offers children a chance to immerse themselves in childhood and have fun, but also provides parents with free time to focus on their well-being. A vibrant playground with multi-level slides invites children to romp around. Every day, we offer various events, video sessions, discos, and hobby activities—all of which transform our youngest guests' well-being into a wonderful vacation.
Often, families want to travel together on vacation. In this case, they can purchase a spa or wellness package (if available) or accommodation for the other family members.

NUTRITION
The sanatorium's dining hall features three spacious, comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning and televisions. The combined capacity of the rooms is up to 500 people
Vacationers are provided with five meals a day, balanced in proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. The diet includes gentle, unfried dishes. The menu includes foods with radioprotective properties, such as seafood, raisins, buckwheat, and pectin-containing buns
On the day of arrival, guests arriving for spa treatment are provided with four meals a day. From the following day until the day of departure, they are provided with five meals a day:
• Breakfast: 8:20 - 9:00;• Lunch: 13:00 - 14:00;
• Afternoon snack: 16:00 - 16:20;
• Dinner: 18:00 - 19:00;
• Second dinner: 20:30 - 20:45.
On the day of departure, persons leaving a health resort treatment (recovery) are provided with one meal a day (breakfast)
