ATTENTION!

Upon arrival at the sanatorium, adults are charged a resort fee of 4% of the cost of their voucher. If a voucher is not issued, the fee is 5% of the cost of paid services provided to individuals during their visit to the center (accommodation, meals, and medical services). Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who have reached the generally established retirement age are required to pay a resort fee of 2% upon presentation of a supporting document.

The following persons are exempt from paying the resort tax:

• veterans, disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War
• disabled persons of groups 1 and 2, disabled persons from childhood, accompanying persons with disabilities of group 1 and disabled children under 18 years of age
• minors under 18 years of age, vocational school students and full-time students.

Attention foreign citizens!

Please note that payment for vouchers and additional services at the resort is made only in Belarusian rubles. MIR cards are accepted at the resort's cash desk.
To prevent monetary losses due to exchange rate differences in the Republic of Belarus, we recommend making full payment for travel packages in Russian rubles from the Russian Federation or in euros from other countries on a pre-payment basis.

Refund

In case of order cancellation, refund is made on the basis of an application submitted through the company's cash desk.
